1. FollowUpOnline is a service of Spice Court Publications Group, which is an umbrella brand name that refers to the publishing operations of Spice Court Publications Ltd and Ivory Square Publications Ltd, 17 Spice Court, Plantation Wharf, London SW11 3UE, UK.

2. The textual links on the FollowUpOnline Web site are provided independently of the companies whose web sites they describe. Spice Court Publications Group takes no responsibility whatsoever for the content of any web site listed on the FollowUpOnline web site.

3. Spice Court Publications Group and related businesses can take no responsibility for the accuracy of the web links in this site, which have been checked, but may occasionally fail as a result of changes made by the companies concerned, or of human error during collation and data entry.

4. Where requests are made by users for information or feedback from the companies listed, Spice Court Publications Group will endeavour to pass these request on in a timely manner to the appropriate person or persons at each of the companies specified.

5. Notwithstanding point 4 above, it should be noted that FollowUpOnline is a voluntary scheme offered by Spice Court Publications Group as a value-added service to readers. Use of the service should not under any circumstances be taken to assert or imply any contractual agreement either between Spice Court Publications Group and the user, or between Spice Court Publications Group and the company in question. Spice Court Publications Group is a disinterested third party in all communications made through or in connection with this web site, not an agent of any other party.

6. Emails may go astray, and recipients may choose to ignore them. For these and other reasons, Spice Court Publications Group cannot guarantee that requests for information or contact made through the FollowUpOnline service will reach the specified companies within a given time frame, or at all. If no follow-up is received within a reasonable time of submission, users are urged to report the details to us on feedback@followuponline.net

7. Where response from companies is urgent or business-critical, users are advised to treat the FollowUpOnline service solely as a backup resource, and additionally to make their own independent provision to contact the companies in question, either by using the contact facilities of the companies’ own web sites or by other means.

8. Spice Court Publications Group will not knowingly share commercial information submitted by users with companies other than those specified by users in their submissions.

9. Communication between Spice Court Publications Group and the companies listed will be undertaken by normal unencrypted email, so submissions should not include any information regarded as confidential.

10. If any companies whose web sites are listed on the FollowUpOnline web site do not wish their links to be included here, they are requested to contact us and we will remove them as soon as practicable.
